May Meeting

PAEA Presence at AAPA’s 36th Annual PA Conference in San Antonio

PAEA will not present educational sessions at the the AAPA's 36th Annual PA Conference in San Antonio, May 24-29, 2008. An insufficient number of proposals was received, and after consideration of the Association's overall meeting structure, the Board of Directors has decided that the Association will focus its efforts on the PAEA Annual Education Forum in October. Proposal authors who wish to do so may request to have their proposals automatically considered for the Education Forum. This shift will also allow the many PA educators who attend the AAPA Annual Conference in multiple capacities to focus their attention on AAPA and HOD events, alumni and student activities, and CME.

The PAEA Faculty Development Institute will offer an Advanced Clinical Coordinators Workshop in conjunction with AAPA's Annual PA Conference in San Antonio.

As always, conference registration and housing arrangements are made through the AAPA. For more information, go to the AAPA Annual Conference Web site.
