Openings Available at Cultural Competency Workshop in SavannahAre you struggling to provide meaningful experiences in cultural competency for your students? Do you wonder whether your program is meeting the Core Cultural Competencies for PA Students developed by the CECD and approved by PAEA last year? Do you freeze when students make comments that create conflict in the classroom? Join five experienced cultural competency trainers and PA educators who will help you evaluate and enhance your current cultural competency curriculum and improve your facilitation skills in a one-day workshop. Cultural Competency Facilitation: Train the Trainers Workshop, Sunday, November 2, 8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Pre-registration is required. Space is limited, but is still available. You will be earning 6 hours of CME Category I credit for attending the Cultural Competency Facilitation: Train the Trainers Workshop. Upon completion of this workshop, you will receive a certificate of completion as well as a CME certificate for the credits earned.
