SAAAPA National Medical Challenge Bowl: Call for Questions

The Student Academy of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (SAAAPA) wants your help!

New questions are needed for the upcoming SAAAPA National Medical Challenge Bowl in Philadelphia. SAAAPA is asking each program to submit 20 questions by Friday, March 9.

Additional information about the National Medical Challenge Bowl, such as registration information, rules, and eligibility, can be found at http://saaapa.aapa.org/students/challengebowl.htm. Registration opens on March 15 for programs interested in registering a team.

PA Foundation Announces Breitman-Dorn Research Fellowship

The Physician Assistant Foundation is accepting applications to its Breitman-Dorn Fellowhip from doctoral candidates who are engaged in research on the influence of PAs in medical care. The fellowship encourages a commitment to research in and on the PA profession and provides financial assistance to students working toward a doctoral degree. The fellowship was established in May 1998 through a donation made by Jerald A. Breitman in memory of Steven Dorn. The deadline is April 15.
