Reports and How to Read Them
After applications are completed and verified, CASPA will send printed applications to the designated program(s).
Applicant Print Out: Each application will be printed and sent to participating programs. The printed application includes all information that an applicant has given on their CASPA application including their course-by-course academic record. The printed application is designed to help with internal evaluation by programs. The application consists of several 8 ½ x 11 inch pages. The application is divided into several sections and printed in the following order:
- Applicant, Address, Personal, Background and Reference Information
- All Schools Attended
- GPA Tests, Training and Background Information
- Academic and Professional Coursework
- Patient, Health, Community Service, Honors/Awards and Employment History Report
- Personal Comments/Personal Statement
- Evaluations (Electronic or Paper References)
- End of Application Page

Revised Applications: If the applicant has made a revision to their application after the application has been verified and sent to participating programs, a revised page will be added to their electronic application. This revision page can be viewed through the Admissions Portal under the Mailings. A paper copy of the revised application will not be sent to participating programs. However, the revised application can be printed from the Admissions Portal by the program if necessary. The revised application will be included in the electronic Download File.
