From the AAPA: The PA Job Link Introduces New Features for Students

Have you told your students about The PA Job Link?

The PA Job Link the online career source for PAs and students can provide PA students with many resources that are important to their professional development. They can search for hundreds of employment opportunities by geographic location, specialty disciplines, and key wordsand receive “job alerts” by e-mail as new jobs are posted by employers. Your students can also capture the attention of a potential employer by posting their resumes, references, original clinical reports, and articles on their own personalized password-protected employment Web site in the new “My Site” section. The new Resume Builder allows students to customize their resumes with specific fonts, colors, and content. PA students can explore their professional styles and identify optimal work environments and potential professional obstacles by completing the new state-of-the-art self evaluation tool, My Work Style.

By visiting The PA Job Link, PA students will also find links to valuable AAPA tools such as cover letter templates and samples, interview preparation information, salary and benefits data, contract, liability, and business resources, as well as many additional professional practice resources.
