PAEA Issues Call for Chief and Alternate
Delegates to AAPA HOD

PAEA is seeking applications from individuals interested in serving as the Association's chief and alternate delegates to AAPA’s House of Delegates (HOD). The term for each position is two years. Delegates elected by AAPA’s chartered constituent chapters, recognized specialty PA organizations, the Student Academy, PAEA, and the Caucus Congress will make decisions about the future directions of the Academy.The HOD will meet for three days during AAPA’s 35th Annual PA Conference in Philadelphia: Saturday, May 26-Monday, May 28. PAEA delegates will be expected to participate fully in the House session and will represent the Association on all issues considered. Delegates will monitor any actions or policies considered by the House that relate to PA education and report to the PAEA Board of Directors and membership. Reimbursement for service to the HOD covers:

  • Three nights lodging
  • Airfare to and from Philadelphia
  • HOD registration (HOD Only—for attendance at HOD Functions only)
  • Per diem (approximately $30 per day for meals)
