The APAP Faculty Development Institute (FDI) is pleased to announce its sponsorship of a Leadership Training Program (LTP) to be held on October 21-22 at Wild Horse Pass in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a great training and networking opportunity and will replace the program scheduled for Loretto, Pennsylvania. This program is intended for new or aspiring program directors or associate directors.

This educational program, well received in the past, is designed to enhance participants’ skill levels as they relate to the program director role. Delivered by experienced PA educators and administrators in an intensive, interactive format, the program will provide concrete training in administrative and educational skills. Tentative topics include: budgeting, outcomes assessment, strategic planning, leadership traits, and faculty evaluation.
