APAP 2003 Semiannual Meeting

Registration for the APAP’s Semiannual Meeting, held in conjunction with AAPA’s 31st Annual PA Conference, is being handled by the AAPA, and Advance Registration booklets were mailed in December 2002. If you register after Friday, April 25, 2003, are an international participant, or have an FPO/APO mailing address, your registration package will be available for pickup at the Preregistration counters, located in Hall B of the Morial Convention Center during registration hours. You will be required to present a photo identification to pickup registration materials.

Morial Convention Center and Housing

Since most APAP events will be held in the Morial Convention Center, there is no official APAP hotel headquarters. Housing facilities are located around the convention center. Busing to the conference center will be provided from participating conference hotels listed in the AAPA Advance Registration booklet. Only those attendees booking their hotel reservations through AAPA’s official housing vendor, Navigant International South Central, are eligible to ride the AAPA shuttle buses. The Hotel Reservation Request Form is available in the AAPA Advance Registration booklet. Navigant’s phone number is 888/669-AAPA (2272) or 713/622-8700. Although hotel reservations many not be made by phone, you may contact Navigant representatives for assistance.
