The APAP Faculty Development Institute (FDI) is pleased to announce its sponsorship of a Leadership Training Program (LTP) from July 29 to August 2 at Saint Francis University in Loretto, Pennsylvania. This is a great training and networking opportunity for new or aspiring program directors or associate directors.

This educational program, well received in the past, is designed to enhance participants’ skill levels as they relate to the program director role. Delivered by experienced PA educators and administrators in an intensive, interactive format, the program will provide concrete training in administrative and educational skills. Tentative topics include: budgeting, curriculum development, program evaluation and outcomes assessment, strategic planning, student issues, enhancement of diversity, and faculty/personnel evaluation.
