Schedule
The
advance registration deadline for the APAP’s Semiannual Meeting,
held in conjunction with AAPA’s 31st Annual PA Conference, is
April 25. Registration for this meeting is being
handled by the AAPA, and Advance Registration
booklets were mailed in December 2002.

Morial Convention
Center and Housing
Since most APAP events will be
held in the Morial Convention Center, there is no official APAP hotel
headquarters. Housing facilities are located around the convention
center. Busing to the conference center will be provided from participating
conference hotels listed in the AAPA Advance Registration booklet.
Only those attendees booking their hotel reservations through AAPA’s
official housing vendor, Navigant International South Central, are
eligible to ride the AAPA shuttle buses. The Hotel Reservation Request
Form is available in the AAPA Advance Registration booklet. Navigant’s
phone number is 888/669-AAPA (2272) or 713/622-8700. Although hotel
reservations many not be made by phone, you may contact Navigant representatives
for assistance.
