APAP 2003 Semiannual Meeting

Registration

The advance registration deadline for the APAP’s Semiannual Meeting, held in conjunction with AAPA’s 31st Annual PA Conference, is April 25. Registration for this meeting is being handled by the AAPA, and Advance Registration booklets were mailed in December 2002. Click here to register on-line and to access mail registration information. Special discount rates are available for those who register by February 7.

Conference Center and Housing

The Hilton New Orleans Riverside will serve as the conference headquarters hotel. Some functions will also be held in the New Orleans Marriott. There will be no APAP hotel headquarters, since most of the APAP events will be held in the Morial Convention Center. Housing facilities are located around the convention center. Busing to the conference center will be provided from participating conference hotels listed in the AAPA Advance Registration booklet. Only those attendees booking their hotel reservations through AAPA’s official housing vendor, Navigant International South Central, are eligible to ride the AAPA shuttle buses. The Hotel Reservation Request Form is available in the AAPA Advance Registration booklet. Navigant’s phone number is 888/669-AAPA (2272) or 713/622-8700. Although hotel reservations many not be made by phone, Navigant representatives can help with questions you may have.
